Cash Flow Support for Pre-schools

This scheme is available to Pre-schools who are members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance only.

It exists to help a group who finds that they are experiencing a temporary problem in meeting their bills.  The group must be able to demonstrate that the problem is only temporary, how it occurred, and that they will be able to pay back the borrowed money in a timely fashion.
