Introduction
Southampton Children and Young People's Trust aims to provide services for children and young people with learning difficulties, SEN, disabilities and complex health needs in the most effective way possible. It does this by ensuring that services are of high quality, integrated, timely, proportionate, and preventative and person centred, offering maximum cost effectiveness.
Our services are designed to ensure the gap is narrowed between the achievements between those with learning difficulties, SEN, disabilities and complex health needs and that of their peers and to respond to individual need.
We are designing our services to support our clusters of schools in integrated working and to respond to local need and are seeking opportunities to address gaps in service delivery from an integrated perspective.
